Description

The EXTREME PLUS will go anywhere and tackle the roughest of terrain. This is a GALVANISED, FULLY WELDED & POWDERCOATED, Australian made top quality Camper trailer without the price tag. Many trailers with lesser specifications than this one sell up in the $22000-$28000 price bracket. The Extreme PLUS can be tailor made to suit your requirements. Trailers having electric brakes like this one fitted can be registered as a 1500kg trailer allowing you to legally carry significant weight (over 750kgs to 1500kgs). The trailer is fitted with our fully optioned 13oz rip stop Off Road Tent in either Blue or Green.

Specifications

  • Finish: Fully galvanised, welded & powder coated using a triple coating system. Fully prep-washed (to remove all traces of oil & grease found on raw steel to ensure perfect bonding), primed & a heavy duty powder coated finish is applied. Sikaflex sealant through out every join in the trailer for total & complete sealing of the trailer.
  • Construction: 7’ x 4’ (2100mm x 1200mm). 500mm high sides with pressed steel for added strength. Double folded guards.
  • Drawbar & Chassis: Full RHS box chassis 3.0mm galv steel. Full side steps and gusset reinforced. 100 x 50 x 3.00mm drawbar 2000mm long, extends to the springs.
  • Hitch: Hyland Off Road Hitch & handbrake. Double safety chain.
  • Brakes: 45mm ALKO axle rated to 1600kg with 6 stud hubs & heavy duty parallel bearings. 10 inch ALKO electric brakes.
  • Suspension: 7 Leaf eye to eye ALKO Outback shackle springs 1500 kg rated.
  • Jockey Wheel: 1 x 10 inch ALKO solid swing away jockey wheel.
  • Electrical Connection: Wired double accessory socket at rear. Anderson Plug and wiring into rear storage box for battery box or other accessories.
  • Electrical System: Fully wired 100AH AGM deep cycle battery. LED brake & indicator lights with protector. LED number plate light.
  • Stone Guard: Colour coded Stone guard and UV treated strengthened insert. Pair of embossed mudflaps.
  • Gas & Fuel: 2 x lockable 4.5kg gas bottle holders.
  • Storage: One large built in storage box, with cut out in trailer side wall for big slide out storage box if required. Fully removable boat rack, slots into holders welded to sides. Two lockable built in storage boxes including compression latch & pinch weld seals. Custom made 2.0mm checker plate tool box, with under tank storage & water tank carrier.
  • Gas Lines: Fully plumbed gas and gas complied.
  • Wheels & Tyres: 3 x brand new ALLOY wheels (double powder coated). 3 x M/T (Mud Terrain), or A/T (All Terrain) tyres. Tyre Size: 265/75×16. Chrome Wheel Nuts. Upright spare wheel holder. 2 x rear ALKO stabiliser legs & winder. A, B and E grade fire extinguisher.
  • Water Storage: 85 litre 5mm thick poly water tank and tap on draw bar. 70 litre 5mm thick poly under body tank with brass fittings.
  • Kitchen: Stainless steel kitchen with draws, 2 Burner SMEV stove, electric tap & sink.

  • TRAVEL COVER: Heavy duty PVC travel cover which zips & velcros closed with additional tie downs on sides & front.
  • VENTS: Two large PVC vents under bed in cooler climates keep the tent warmer & in the hotter climates unzip these to reveal midgee mesh screens allowing for airflow to circulate in the main tent without letting the bugs in. These midgee screens can also be unzipped to allow access to the trailer.
  • ANNEX: The annex roof quickly & easily zips & velcros on or off making this very versatile for either short or extended stays.
  • DOORS: Large U-shaped doors including a rear door with both canvas & midgee screens allowing for airflow without letting the bugs in. All 3 doors (including annex door) are in a row maximising airflow.
